As mentioned elsewhere, this is the colored version of the charcoal piece uploaded on this site. These trees standing tall - almost in isolation, and bare with winter approaching, were the focus of this painting. 
 
Mr. Stephen D'Lima from Mumbai, bought this painting and he has kindly agreed to have his thoughts posted here: "Living in a world so dominated by consumerism and technology and staying in a bustling city, the painting has a stark rawness about it that appealed to me. Forbidding and yet inviting at the same time. A reminder almost of a different era and place."
